In 2021, prior to a cyber attack with apparent ties to Pearlman on Clemenko’s house, Pearlman had made comments about her definition of success being having servants. This opens the door to not just corporate espionage and abuse of power, but deliberate abuse of power to commit slavery for IP theft, antitrust, and corporate espionage. Due to Pearlman’s adjacency to BadVR and Meta, combined with CyVR’s known operations at the time involving VR Privacy and Dataviz, this opens the door to a clear abuse of power reason with motive, means, opportunity, modus operandi, and prior statements as she betrayed her way into DOJ and caused a suicide attempt in the process. Multiple key people involved knew about CyVR, and its history as vr dataviz including cyber. This makes XRSI and BadVR subjects of interest in additon to Meta and extends the scope to Augmented World Expo for a RICO lawsuit given the context. Unfortunately, this style incident makes it unique and critical to litigate in a possible bellwether or landmark case.

After approaching Aphrodite of HOPE Conf and NYC 2600, trying to get ACLU and EFF, she was friends with the feds that were responsible for causing this.
